Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 working days (with Saturdays included as a working day) – however we are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Since the courier is a third party contractee, please allow for a few days in transit for delivery.

All orders should reach customers within a stipulated 14 day period. Customers should expect delivery from day 5 with day 14 being the longest waiting period.

If there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email.

Damages incurred in transit by a third party relevant to the contract such as the shipper is not our liability. Shipping agencies only accept and ship goods in perfect condition but also reserve the right to indemnify losses and damages in transit.
