Carefully go through the return and refund policy. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the original state it was purchased with original packaging.

Please add the receipt and proof of payment to the email to request for a refund. Since shipping is by a third party; such as DHL or FedEx; we shall not be responsible for the freight and cost involved in shipping the item back – however, we do offer free shipping on all our items.

After the item reaches us; we shall inspect it thoroughly and proceed to approve a refund or Change. A refund will be initiated to your credit card.
